When I am reading often individual books, they end up in strange, unique orders and places on my table of contents.The second is that the books are in sequencial series. I enjoy rereading books and like to read a sreies in order. Having these books in order is great for me, I do not have to have another list somewhere to know what comes next.Product details

A great read suspenseful and romantic
I just started reading Laura Griffin and really like her style. The characters are well developed and the stories flow well and keep you reading. If you like Cindy Gerard you will probably like Laura Griffin.

I liked that it continued past the trilogy. I am always happy to try out a new to me author, and so pleased when I like one book I usually will order all that is available to read )
I just recently found the *tracer* series, they are a great romantic suspense series of books. I had previously read books by this author but somehow missed these. Great writing, great characters, great stories.
Laura Griffin writes good stories that keep you glued to the pages. I like the core of characters that carry over from book to book. I can't wait to read the rest of the tracer series and everything else she has written.
Looking back, I should have invested in this trilogy long time ago. Instead, I read all of the tracers first, then started this series. Should have read more reviews beforehand. )
Anyway, the tracers series gave me a great insight into the work of this fictive world renowned lab, Delphi Center, where the top experts deliver top results with the most advanced equipment and techniques in forensic science. One must respect these dedicated individuals. What we also see is that beneath those white coats and geeky appearances, there are stubborn, determined, intriguing souls, burning with passion for their work and mission to bring justice to the innocent victims of gruesome crimes.
In UNTRACEABLE we get to know a PI Alex Lovell and a homicide detective Nathan Deveraux, who join their forces to get to the bottom of Alex's protegee's disappearance. Alex and Nathan obviously go back (I am not sure which previous Griffin novel, if any, touches their collaboration) and as their professional interests collide, their friendship and mutual attraction is put on test. Alex's computer skills catch attention of the Delphi center's Cyber crimes unit responsible and she is invited to switch her old office for a new one at the research facility. We also get introduced to the lovely and smart Sophie Barrett, who helps Alex at her agency and later shifts to a position of a receptionist at Delphi center, and is involved in a kidnapping at the end of the Unforgivable novel. In that book Ric's partner Jonah, saves her life and is later on a crime-solving mission with her in a Snapped novel.
In UNSPEAKABLE we are introduced to Elaina McCord, an aspiring FBI profiler, whose insights help put together a string of seemingly unconnected murders. Of course, her predictions are met with disbelief from the side of the law force. But there is someone who is eager to get to the bottom of these killings, as his reputation as a renowned true crime writer is at stake. But not only is he a successful writer, living in a beach house - Troy Stockton has also a playboy reputation, drives a Ferrari and is the town's favourite bachelor. However, when he crosses paths with Elaina, something clicks inside and as the investigation gets more intense, so are their feelings. The investigation leads to a sickening game that takes the best experts to decypher the killer's next move.
The last of the trilogy is UNFORGIVABLE, where we get to know Mia Voss and Ric Santos more closely. Their relationship is seemingly professional, as they go back one season when Mia's DNA profiling helped solve a mysterious crime. This time, Mia is involved in a carjacking and soon the innocent event turns into a nightmare as she is being targeted by a killer, barely escaping alive. Ric Santos is called up and his protectiveness soon evolves into deep emotions that both of them try to suppress. Unsuccessfully. The case of murdered women becomes more sinister as Mia's family is targeted and she is forced to follow the perpetrator's orders to destroy crucial evidence and are sure to ruin her prefessional reputation. Although the shooting and the ugly murders seem unconnected, Mia holds the key to its closure and Ric is there to shake some skulls.
I loved the series and would recommend to read them before you decide to read any of the further Tracers novels. Also, don't forget to read the UNSTOPPABLE (available only in electronic version) before you get to read SCORCHED - believe me, it will help you a lot to understand Kelsey and Gage's history. Loved the adventures they had together!
